Mac is an accomplished trial attorney with a strong commitment to justice. He is a former criminal prosecutor, a member of the Florida Justice Association, and a proud graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mac distinguished himself as a powerful advocate by winning first place at the school’s Moot Court Competition, beating over 100 other law students. Next, he competed in the National Criminal Law Moot Court competition in New York, where he won first place amongst the top moot court competitors from around the country. He is one of the only moot court members in the school’s history to win both competitions. He continued his track record of success in his litigation courses by securing the largest jury verdict of the year. All of this was accomplished while he was working long hours as a law clerk.
After law school, Mac spent three years as a criminal prosecutor in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. With over 40 trials, he handled a wide variety of cases including domestic violence, car accidents, human trafficking, and sexual assault. He continues to fight for justice, focusing on criminal defense and personal injury.
